Is it permissible to seek divorce from the second husband who prevents his wife from seeing her children from her first husband unless certain conditions are met, especially after he left her at her family's house due to this disagreement, and she is pregnant by him and does not wish to continue with him?

Married life is built upon love and benevolence. The husband should allow his wife to see her children in an accessible place, unless that would lead to corruption. He should not harm her by specifying a difficult place for visitation, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not harm them to make life hard for them." Jurists have stipulated that a husband may not prevent her parents and her children from another marriage from visiting her. The husband must be gentle with his wife and adhere to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) recommendation regarding women, and be good to his family. Likewise, it is not permissible for the wife to seek divorce unless there is harm. If the relationship becomes strained, they should take the legitimate steps before divorce.
