Is fasting the White Days forbidden?

Fasting three days every month is established by authentic hadiths, among them the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) advice to Abu Hurairah, and Aisha’s (may Allah be pleased with her) statement about the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) fasting of these days. These days have been explained in other hadiths as being the White Days (the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth of the month), which confirms the Sunnah (definition) of fasting these specific days. The disagreement of some Malikis regarding the dislike of these being the White Days is refuted by the existing evidence for their Sunnah status.
