The answer

The aforementioned Hadith, "The believer is astute, discerning, and cautious," was narrated by Al-Daylami from Anas, but it is weak. Another narration by Al-Daylami from Anas states: "The believer is discerning, cautious, and circumspect; he is deliberate, does not rush, is knowledgeable and pious. As for the hypocrite, he is a slanderer, a backbiter, a destroyer; he does not stop at doubt nor at what is forbidden, like one who gathers wood at night, not caring from where he earns or on what he spends." This narration is fabricated, as stated by Al-Albani in "As-Silsilah."
