The answer

Leaving money without investment is not advisable, lest charity consume it due to the obligation of upon it. This is based on what was narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, whoever is a guardian of an orphan who has wealth, let him invest it, and not leave it until charity consumes it." And the saying of Umar, may Allah be pleased with him: "Invest the wealth of orphans, lest zakat consume it." There is no harm in investing money in Islamic banks that adhere to guidelines. To determine the permissibility of investing in a specific bank, one should refer to scholars who are knowledgeable about the state of banks in the country concerned.
