What is the authenticity of the hadith: “We are a people who do not eat, and if we eat, we are not satiated,” and what is its meaning?

After searching, no حديث (narration/hadith (definition)) with this exact wording was found. It has been mentioned that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to Al-Muqawqis: "We are a people who do not eat until we are hungry, and when we eat, we do not fill our stomachs." However, Sheikh Ibn Baz deemed this hadith weak. Its meaning—if authentic—is that they do not consume food except out of necessity and do not overindulge in eating. It does not negate the occurrence of feeling full entirely, as the Companions sometimes felt full, as happened with Abu Hurairah and Jabir in the stories of the milk and the food during the Battle of the Trench.
