The answer

Divorce pronounced during menstruation and divorce pronounced by an angry person are both valid. Even if divorce during menstruation is an innovation (bid'ah), and divorce pronounced by an angry person is valid as long as his mind is not completely impaired. So, if you divorced your wife while being aware of what you were saying, the divorce has occurred. You may take your wife back as long as this was the first divorce. The reconciliation (raj'ah) can be achieved through words or sexual intercourse.
