Is it permissible to sell cars in installments at a car dealership, knowing that the bank charges the buyer interest, and would the seller thereby be a cause for this interest?

If the bank buys the car and it enters into its possession and guarantee, then sells it to the customer in installments, even at a higher price, this is permissible. However, if the person is the one who buys the car and the bank pays the price for him, then charges him more in installments, this is usury (riba) and is not permissible.
