Is it permissible for a woman to pray in an abaya whose purity is doubted, for fear of missing the prayer time?

Doubt concerning the impurity of a garment or other items is not taken into consideration, and the original state is purity. The legal maxim states, "The default is the continuation of what was as it was." Therefore, a cloak about whose impurity one is in doubt is considered pure, and the Maghrib and 'Isha prayers must be performed on time without delay.
