How is the estate of a woman who died leaving a husband, a mother, a full sister, uterine brothers and sisters, and paternal brothers and sisters divided?

If the heirs are limited to the husband, mother, full sister, and maternal siblings, then the husband receives one-half, the mother one-sixth, the full sister one-half, and the maternal siblings one-third (males and females are equal in this share), and the paternal siblings receive nothing.

The fundamental share [for the distribution] is from six and escalates to nine. The husband then takes three shares, the full sister three shares, the mother one share, and the maternal siblings two shares.

It must be noted that inheritance matters are serious and complex, and it is not sufficient to rely merely on a fatwa. Rather, they must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure that there is no other heir, or any wills or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
