Must a woman re-perform twenty years of prayers if she did not perform proper ablution due to ignorance, based on the rule that ignorance and forgetfulness are not excuses for failing to perform commanded acts?

Ablution (Wudu') is a condition for the validity of prayer (Salat), based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, when you rise to [perform] prayer, wash your faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles." So, washing the hands up to the elbows and the feet up to the ankles are among the obligatory acts of ablution. Neglecting them invalidates the prayer. It is incumbent upon anyone who has neglected this to offer sincere repentance, increase in seeking forgiveness, and make up all the prayers performed with an incomplete ablution.
