Is it permissible to work for a company whose employees use pirated software, while I use original software on my personal computer, knowing that the work is shared among the employees? And is it permissible to teach in a school that uses pirated software to educate students?

If a person avoids what they consider to be unlawful, then there is no blame upon them for the actions of others. They are obliged to offer advice to those who transgress; if the advice is accepted, then praise be to Allah, and if not, then they have fulfilled their duty. The point is that a person is only required to clarify the truth and offer sincere advice. Thereafter, they will only be questioned about their own actions. The salary from work that is inherently permissible is permissible, even if the worker uses pirated software within it.
