The answer

Lying is forbidden, and its sin is greater if it is done under oath, or if it leads to the loss of a right, or to misleading the judiciary. Among the major sins are associating partners with Allah, disobeying parents, taking a life, and taking a false oath (al-yamin al-ghamūs). Whoever repents with sincere repentance, adheres to Allah's commands, and remains steadfast in their religion, it is hoped that Allah will accept their repentance and transform their evil deeds into good ones. As for accidental killing, its expiation and blood money are borne by the 'Aqilah (male agnates of the killer), and Allah has removed the sin from the one who made the mistake.
