What is the ruling on the prayer of one who has hemorrhoids from which remnants of feces or a small amount of blood emerge upon wiping, and does this take the ruling of سلس ( سلس is a common term in Islamic jurisprudence, refers to urinary or fecal incontinence or persistent discharge), and is he obligated to take precautions to prevent his clothes from being soiled?

Whoever finds sufficient time for purification and performing the prayer does not have the ruling of a person afflicted with incontinence (Saahib al-Sals). However, whoever does not find sufficient time due to the continuous flow of impurity or its intermittent flow in a manner that makes it impossible to determine a time for purification and prayer, then their ruling is that of a person afflicted with incontinence. A person afflicted with incontinence performs ablution (Wudu') for each prayer after its time has begun, and prays the obligatory (Fard) and supererogatory (Nawafil) prayers. They should also bind the affected area if it does not cause harm. Whoever does not have the ruling of a person afflicted with incontinence should cleanse themselves (Istinja (definition)'), perform ablution, and pray like a healthy person.
