What should I do regarding the new born daughter two days after her birth, especially concerning shaving her hair and the Aqiqah, given the fears of Corona and the unavailability of a suitable barber? Can money be given instead of shaving? And what should I do regarding the Aqiqah for my deceased son?

Shaving the newborn's hair on the seventh day is a Sunnah (recommended practice) and not obligatory. It is a Sunnah for both male and female according to the Maliki and Shafi'i schools, and this is the most preponderant opinion. As for the Hanbalis, they hold that it is for the male only. Donating the weight of the hair in charity is Sunnah according to those who deem shaving Sunnah, and if a person gives this charity, they will be rewarded. As for Aqiqah (sacrifice) for a deceased newborn: If the baby was born alive and then died, an Aqiqah should be performed for him. If the baby was born dead, the Aqiqah for him is a matter of scholarly disagreement. Some scholars say that an Aqiqah should be performed for him as long as the soul has been breathed into him, while others say that no Aqiqah should be performed for him unless he is born alive.
