Is it permissible to pay for the Umrah expenses of someone who cannot afford it, and will this Umrah be accepted from him?

May Allah reward you for helping your Muslim brother go for Umrah. You will have a reward similar to his, Allah willing, if your intention was good, and that will not diminish his reward in any way. His Umrah is valid if he performed it with its conditions and pillars.
