Is a marriage valid, in Sharia, if it was conducted under the guardianship of a Muslim man chosen by the girl due to her father's obstruction, knowing that the father was unaware of it, and the marriage contract was later renewed under his guardianship?

If the guardian of a girl prevents her from marrying a suitable man without a valid reason, and she has no other guardian fit to give her in marriage, and there is no Sharia judge in the country to marry her, then her marriage through a just Muslim man is a valid marriage, Allah willing.
