What is the ruling on communal supplications (ibtehalat) and praises (madaih) before the Friday prayer, and a communal adhan, and a communal iqamah with the repetition of phrases twice, and the imam's recitation of a short surah with gradually rising voices?

The Adhan (call to prayer) is an act of worship in which neither addition nor subtraction is permissible. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, approved its prescribed form. Any addition to it is an innovation (bid'ah), such as the calls made before the Fajr Adhan. The unified congregational Adhan in a single mosque is a reprehensible innovation. However, the Adhan by multiple muezzins in a large mosque, for the purpose of making people hear, was permitted by some scholars due to necessity, but this necessity has ceased with the availability of loudspeakers. The repetition of a group behind a single muezzin is a clear innovation. Establishing the prayer congregationaly in the aforementioned mosque is a reprehensible innovation, as is the Imam's recitation of the surah after Al-Fatiha in their innovated manner.
