Is it permissible to say, "or as he said," after reciting a Prophetic Hadith, even if the Hadith is authentic?

The phrase "or as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said" is used when the narrator or reader is uncertain about the exact wording of a hadith, or doubts its precise narration, or if it is narrated by meaning. However, if one is certain of the exact wording, there is no need to say it.
