Is it obligatory to repeat the prayers in which the worshipper pronounced the letters (seen, saad, zay) with a lisp, knowing that this occurs randomly and varies from one prayer to another? And is it permissible to follow Ibn Taymiyyah's view on the issue of not making up missed prayers due to ignorance of ritual bathing from major impurity?

The fatwa clarified that there is no harm in the inability to pronounce letters such as (Saad, Seen, and Zay) correctly due to a natural physical impediment. The prayer is valid with their pronunciation according to one's ability. It is not prescribed to delay prayers or repeat them for this reason, as this is from the whispers of Satan. Regarding making up prayers for the past five years during which there was ignorance concerning the ghusl of janabah (ritual impurity), it is not obligatory to make them up, based on the opinion of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and those who agreed with him, although making them up is more cautious.
