You should continue to advise your father with gentleness and kindness, and try to gift him some materials that discuss the sinfulness of usury, the one who withholds zakat, and the disbelief of one who denies it. Speak to someone who has influence with him to advise him. If all his wealth is from usury, it is not permissible for you to eat from it except out of necessity. However, if his wealth is mixed with unlawful and lawful—even if the unlawful predominates—then eating from it is disliked, unless the food itself is the unlawful substance.
