What is the ruling on creating a website on the Internet specializing in funny videos, taking into account avoiding as much as possible what angers Allah, but some clips may contain women with uncovered hair or music?

Designing websites is forbidden if they contain anything that violates Islamic law, such as music, images of awrah (private parts), malicious words, and immoral mixed-gender chat. For Allah Almighty has prohibited cooperation in sin and aggression. Websites that contain images revealing women's awrah, music clips, or humorous scenes that involve lying are forbidden. Excessive laughter deadens the heart, unlike a smile, which is a charity.
