Are there any scholars among the Sunnis and the Community who are of the view that Ahadith Ahad (solitary narrations) are not considered a proof in matters of 'Aqidah (creed)?

Ibn Abd al-Barr reported the consensus of the Imams of the Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah (People of the Sunnah and the Community) that khabar al-ahad (a solitary report) is a hujjah (proof) in matters of aqidah (creed). They narrated the khabar al-wahid al-adl (solitary report from a trustworthy narrator) in beliefs, and on its basis, they showed enmity or loyalty, and they considered it a shar' (divine law), a ruling, and a religion in their creed. Ibn Taymiyyah commented on this consensus, stating that khabar al-ahad al-adl in matters of creed supports the view that it necessitates ilm (certain knowledge).
