How can one deal with university dormitory residents who do not pray, frequently curse and use obscene language, and are arrogant, while maintaining a non-exclusionary stance, especially since they are of the same nationality and academic year?

A person is naturally inclined to associate with others and is influenced by them. Therefore, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded careful selection of companionship and forbade befriending non-believers, saying: "A person is on the religion of his friend, so let each of you look at whom he befriends," and "Do not keep company except with a believer, and let no one eat your food except a pious person." He also gave an example of a good companion and a bad companion, likening them to a musk seller and a blacksmith. Avoiding a bad companion is obligatory, for associating with him is a loss in this world and regret in the Hereafter, as Allah Almighty said: "And the Day the wrongdoer will bite on his hands, he will say, 'Oh, I wish I had taken with the Messenger a way. Oh, woe is me! I wish I had not taken so-and-so as a friend.'" So, if you do not find righteous companionship, then isolation is safer, because "solitude is better than a bad companion." And insulting Allah is clear disbelief and apostasy from the religion.
