How is the inheritance divided among the husband, the daughter, three full brothers, and three full sisters?

A daughter inherits from her father or mother, whether she is married or unmarried. If the heirs are limited to the husband, the daughter, and full brothers and sisters, and the deceased left no other heirs, then the husband receives one-fourth due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir, and the daughter receives one-half because she is a single female, and the remainder goes to the full brothers and full sisters by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is then divided into thirty-six shares: nine for the husband, eighteen for the daughter, two shares for each full brother, and one share for each full sister. We emphasize that matters of inheritance are critical, and it is not sufficient to rely solely on a fatwa (definition); rather, they must be referred to Sharia (definition) courts for investigation and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
