The answer

As long as your father had a share in the house, it should be divided among his heirs according to Islamic law. The share of the paternal uncles, which was purchased, should be considered: if it was a gift to your father, then the entire house is an inheritance to be divided among the heirs. But if it was purchased as property for you, not for your father, then only your father's share is divided among the heirs, and the paternal uncles' share belongs to whoever purchased it. In case of disagreement, the matter should be referred to the court.
