What is the ruling regarding a woman who experiences bleeding before the Tawaf – either not during her regular period or after it has ceased due to menopause, brought on by exhaustion or fear – and she has used pills to delay her menstrual cycle?

If a woman is in menopause and experiences bleeding, then either her menstruation has recently ceased, in which case the blood is menstrual blood, and she remains in her state of Ihram until she purifies herself and then completes her Umrah, unless there is a necessity such as travel, in which case she may take precautions and complete her Umrah. Or, a long time may have passed since her menstruation ceased (a full year or more), in which case the blood is irregular bleeding (istihadah) and not menstrual blood, so she should take precautions, perform circumambulation (tawaf), and pray.
