What is the ruling regarding blood that a woman experienced two weeks after postpartum bleeding (nifas), and then it stopped, given that she typically does not have her menstrual period for 5 to 7 months after postpartum bleeding?

The blood a woman sees after forty days of postpartum bleeding (nifas), if it is continuous with the nifas blood, then it is Istihada (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding), because the maximum period for nifas is forty days.

However, if the nifas blood stops and the woman becomes pure, then new blood appears, it is menstruation (hayd), even if it comes before her usual cycle. All of this blood is considered hayd as long as it does not exceed fifteen days. If it exceeds fifteen days, then the excess is Istihada. The woman should then revert to her original habit, then perform ghusl (ritual purification bath), pray, and fast.
