Is it permissible to take a portion of the charity money collected for the poor in exchange for managing it, and what is the permissible percentage?

Helping the needy is one of the best acts of righteousness, for which the doer is rewarded, in fulfillment of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever relieves a Muslim of a worldly distress, Allah will relieve him of a distress on the Day of Resurrection. And whoever eases the hardship of an indebted person, Allah will ease his hardship in this world and the Hereafter. And whoever conceals the faults of a Muslim, Allah will conceal his faults in this world and the Hereafter. Allah is with His servant as long as the servant is with his brother." This is a good idea that should be translated into action. If your intention is sincere and you adhere to the condition of the charitable giver, you will receive a reward like that of those who give charity, in fulfillment of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The trustworthy treasurer who gives what he is ordered to give with a good heart is one of the charitable givers." Your hand over these funds is a hand of trust, and it is a betrayal to dispose of them for anything other than what they were intended for, such as trading with them. If you want a reward for your work, you must agree on a known and specified wage with the owners of the funds, because you are their agent.
