The answer

If it is assumed that the slaughterhouse takes some parts of the slaughtered animal as part of its payment, then this falls under the ruling of giving the butcher his wages from the sacrificial animal, which is prohibited, due to the حديث (hadith) of Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): «The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded me not to give the butcher anything from it [the sacrificial animal]». Narrated by Muslim. The imams have agreed on the impermissibility of giving the butcher anything from the sacrificial animal in exchange for his wages. The responsible authorities must be alerted to this.
