What is the soundness of the circumambulation of one who, upon receiving the Black Stone during circumambulation, said: "In the name of Allah, Allah is the Greatest" three times, without saying "In the name of Allah and Allah is the Greatest" with the letter waw, and without mentioning the other وردed invocations such as: "O Allah, out of faith in You and belief in Your Prophet and Your Book, O Allah, increase this House in honor"?

Saying "Bismillah" (In the name of Allah) and "Allahu Akbar" (Allah is the Greatest) when gesturing towards the Black Stone are among the sunan (recommended practices) of Tawaf (circumambulation), not its conditions. Therefore, if a person performing Tawaf omits them, their Tawaf remains valid. This is even more true if they omit the conjunction "wa" (and) between them. The dhikr (remembrance) authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in this regard is takbir (saying "Allahu Akbar"). As for tasmiyah (saying "Bismillah"), it is authentically reported from Ibn 'Umar as a mawquf (a statement or action attributed to a Companion, not the Prophet). Likewise, the supplication: "O Allah, [I do this] out of faith in You and conviction in Your Book" is not among the conditions for the validity of Tawaf. Accordingly, the aforementioned Tawaf is valid, as long as it did not violate any of its conditions for validity.
