What is the share of each heir from the inheritance if a woman dies leaving behind: two full sisters, five full nephews, and a full paternal cousin?

The nieces (daughters of the brother), the freed female slave, and the grandchildren of the full sister have no share in the inheritance.

If the deceased passed away leaving two full sisters, five sons of a full brother, and one son of a full paternal uncle, and no other heirs, then the two full sisters receive two-thirds as their prescribed share, based on the verse: "But if there are two [sisters], they receive two-thirds of what he left." The remainder goes to the sons of the full brother by way of ta'sib (residency), according to the Prophet's saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male heir." The son of the full paternal uncle receives nothing, as he is excluded by the son of the full brother.

The inheritance is divided into fifteen shares: the two sisters receive two-thirds (ten shares), five shares for each. Each son of the full brother receives one share.

The matter of inheritances is serious and complex, and it is not sufficient to rely on a fatwa alone. Rather, it must be referred to Sharia courts or discussed directly with scholars, as there may be other heirs, wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
