What is the ruling on the prayer of one who suffers from the semi-daily and irregular discharge of fluids due to colon issues, and one who hears sounds in his stomach resembling flatulence but is certain they are not flatulence, and one from whom fluid is discharged from the penis upon movement or erection, knowing that he cannot determine the time of their discharge, and he is keen to guard against them by wearing special clothing for prayer?

The fluids that exit the body are impure and invalidate ablution (wudu’). It is necessary to perform istinja’ (washing the private parts) and wudu’ before intending to pray. However, if their discharge is continuous, such that there is no cessation period allowing for purification and prayer without their expulsion, or if their discharge is irregular, then in such a case, it falls under the ruling of sals (incontinence). Similarly, the fluid that exits the male organ is impure if it is not maniyy (sperm), and its ruling is like that of sals if it reaches its limit. As for sounds heard within the abdomen without exiting the body, they do not invalidate ablution.
