Is money earned from a website that includes Sharia-prohibited elements considered unlawful money or subject to doubt, and does this ruling extend to a partner?

It is impermissible to create an intermediary website that involves deception, such as describing its services as certified when they are not, or using pirated software that has not been purchased, because deception is forbidden in Islamic law. Everything that entails deception or fraud must be removed, and software should not be used without the permission of its owners. Whoever violates this is sinful, and their partner is likewise sinful if they consent to and approve of it. The money earned from deception will have a taint of unlawfulness.
