Should a husband forgive his wife who cheated on him once with another man in a car, knowing that she has repented and that there are children between them?

"A wife's act of engaging in a relationship with a foreign man is a great evil. However, since she has repented and made a sincere repentance, Allah accepts true repentance, and you should not divorce her. Every son of Adam errs, and the best of those who err are those who repent. Divorce is the most abhorrent of permissible acts to Allah. A Muslim should not use the term 'marital infidelity' because it is a corrupt term introduced by the enemies of Islam."
