What is the meaning of the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "And he was the best of people in deeds, except for a man who surpassed him, saying better than he said"?

The aforementioned Hadith was narrated by Imam Ahmad in Al-Musnad, and the meaning of "He was among the best of people in deeds" is that the one who recites this remembrance is considered among the best of people in deeds. The phrase "unless a man surpasses him" means someone who exceeds him in remembrance or performs more supplication or recitation than him.
