Should the opinion of the Khawarij be adopted in matters of doctrine and jurisprudence?

The views of thewaj (Khawarij) are not accepted in matters of fiqh (jurisprudence) and aqidah (creed) due to their deviation from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace be upon him). Among their deviations are: declaring the perpetrator of a major sin to be a disbeliever and claiming his eternal dwelling in Hell, denying intercession, declaring Ali and Uthman to be disbelievers, denying the vision of Allah on the Day of Judgment and the Sirat (bridge), invalidating obedience to the Messenger in matters he did not explicitly report from Allah, rejecting the mutawatir (concurrently transmitted) Sunnah that contradicts what they perceive as the literal meaning of the Quran, denying divine attributes, not performing Friday and congregational prayers except behind those who agree with their beliefs, and denying the stoning of the married fornicator.
