Were the Hadith in the Two Sahihs weakened by Al-Dabiyan, in a manner unprecedented in their weakening, as stated in the Encyclopedia of Rulings on Purification?

The hadiths in the two Sahih collections (Bukhari and Muslim) are among those that are mutawatir (massively transmitted) and have been accepted by the Ummah. There is no way to challenge them except for a few minor points known to scholars. Sheikh al-Islam stated that most of the texts in the two Sahih collections are known with certainty by hadith scholars to have been uttered by the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, either due to their tawatur (mass transmission) or due to the Ummah's acceptance of them. Abu Ishaq al-Isfarayini pointed to the consensus of the specialists that the authenticity of the core and texts of the narrations in the two Sahih collections is definitive, and that whoever contravenes the ruling of any of these narrations without a permissible interpretation, his ruling is invalidated.
