What is the ruling on reading the Qur’an and the summarized exegesis found alongside it at the same time during Tarawih prayer?

Reciting from the Mushaf during Tarawih prayers does not invalidate the prayer and is permissible when needed, such as not having memorized the Quran or long surahs.
