Will all children who die before puberty enter Paradise, or does that apply only to Muslim children?

The destiny of Muslim children is Paradise, by scholarly consensus. As for the destiny of children of disbelievers, there are several opinions: some said they are in Paradise, some said they are with their parents in Hellfire (this opinion has been weakened), some refrained from stating a definitive opinion on their matter, and some said they will be servants of the people of Paradise (this opinion has no basis). The most preponderant opinion is that they will be tested on the Day of Resurrection: whoever obeys will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys will enter Hellfire. This opinion combines various proofs and is held by the majority of the Sunnis.
