Is it permissible to say "Subhan Allah" (Glory be to Allah) a hundred times immediately after the morning or evening remembrances to gain a thousand good deeds or have a thousand sins expiated, due to forgetting if it were said at another time?

A Muslim can glorify Allah Almighty immediately after the morning and evening remembrances, or before them, or at any time of the day. It is recommended to glorify Him in the morning and evening, due to Allah Almighty's saying: "And glorify Him morning and evening," and His saying: "And glorify with the praise of your Lord in the evening and the morning." The hadith referred to: "Is anyone of you unable..." is authentic.
