The answer

It is permissible to marry a Muslim woman who does not wear the hijab. However, the husband must oblige her to wear the hijab and not allow her to display her adornments, as he is responsible for her before Allah. If a man knows that he will not be able to bear this responsibility, then he should not marry her. It is recommended to choose a religious wife, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Succeed then with the religious woman, may your hands be soiled."
