Is the hadd punishment carried out on someone who committed adultery and then repented and married the woman with whom he committed adultery?

The implementation of the hadd (prescribed punishment) for zina (unlawful sexual intercourse) depends on the matter being referred to the ruler, and the establishment of zina through one of the شرعية (religiously legal) means, such as confession, the testimony of four witnesses, or pregnancy, although there is a jurisprudential disagreement regarding the establishment of zina merely by pregnancy. The repentance of the fornicator or his marriage to the woman with whom he committed zina does not negate the hadd. However, the fornicator is not required to confess, and it is better for him, along with his repentance, to conceal himself.
