Should a girl inform a suitor about the stretch marks widespread on her skin before or after the engagement, and can this be treated with Ruqyah Sharia?

The majority of jurists hold that the defects necessitating disclosure and establishing the right to annulment are those that prevent sexual intercourse or contagious and repulsive diseases such as leprosy and vitiligo. Accordingly, cracked skin is not among these defects and does not require disclosure, as it is merely a deficiency in beauty and does not prevent enjoyment. As for treatment, it should be sought from specialized doctors, and there is no objection to performing Ruqyah (Islamic exorcism/healing) with reliance upon Allah.
