Is there any (blame/sin) on the wife for her statement "I am like a non-Muslim woman," even though she had embraced Islam, then mentioned that she did not intend that?

As long as the wife did not intend what she said, she is not held accountable for it, because the sin of error is lifted from the servants. Allah the Almighty says: "And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred, but [only for] what your hearts intended. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful." And in the Hadith: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my nation their mistakes, their forgetfulness, and what they are coerced into." And the sin is upon whoever deliberately intends falsehood. In Sahih Muslim, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O Allah, You are my servant and I am Your Lord." He erred due to intense joy. Qadi Iyad said: "This indicates that what a person says in such a state—due to astonishment or distraction—is, Allah willing, not held against him."
