The question

What is the reason for the narration of the Hadith, "When you hear the Mu'adhdhin, say as he says, then invoke blessings upon me, then ask Allah to grant me Al-Wasilah, for it is a station in Paradise that will not be granted except to one of Allah's servants, and I hope that I am he. So whoever asks Allah for Al-Wasilah for me, my intercession will be permissible for him"?
