What is the ruling on reciting the last verse of Surat al-Fatiha while beginning to bow, and does this invalidate the prayer?

If the worshipper recites the last verse of Al-Fatiha while slightly bending, but not to an extent that takes him out of the standing position, his prayer is valid. However, if he recites it while bending to an extent that takes him out of the standing position, his prayer (for the individual and the Imam) becomes invalid, and he must repeat it due to abandoning a pillar. The majority of scholars are of the view that Al-Fatiha is waived for the congregant (ma'mum), whereas Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and those who agreed with him hold that whoever omits a pillar out of ignorance or forgetfulness is not required to repeat the prayer.
