Would I be committing a sin if some people saw forbidden advertisements or forbidden scenes after accessing an upload link for audio recitations of the Quran that I had published, knowing beforehand the possibility of advertisements appearing, and thinking that the problem was only on my end, and then I deleted the link?

You bear no sin as long as your intention was to do good, not evil; as Almighty God says: "There is no blame upon the doers of good. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful." And whoever publishes something forbidden and then repents of it, he will not be held accountable for what he published, even if its effect remains, and his repentance will be accepted.
