How is the inheritance of a deceased sister to be distributed when she has two sisters, the children of a deceased brother, and her two children are deceased?

If the deceased has no heirs other than those mentioned, then her two sisters receive two-thirds as a prescribed share if they are full sisters or paternal half-sisters, according to the Almighty's saying: "But if there are two, they shall have two-thirds of what he left." And if they are maternal half-sisters, they receive one-third, according to the Almighty's saying: "But if there are more than that, they are partners in one-third." What remains after the sisters' prescribed share goes to the male nephews by way of residuary inheritance, according to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male." Inheritance matters should be referred to the Sharia (definition) courts for investigation and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other rights taking precedence over the heirs' right.
