What are the consequences for a husband if he divorces his disobedient wife who left the marital home without a reason, knowing that he had a child with her and married another woman?

It is advisable not to rush into divorce or seek it, and to strive for reconciliation as much as possible. If reconciliation is not possible and separation occurs, then "Reconciliation is best" and "But if they separate [by divorce], Allah will enrich each [of them] from His abundance."

As for the divorced woman who was disobedient (nashiz), she is not entitled to maintenance or housing during the period of her disobedience.
