What is the evidence for someone who takes back a divorced woman after the third divorce, despite the clear Quranic text?

If a man's divorce of his wife with three valid pronouncements of divorce is established, then she is not permissible for him until she marries another husband, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if he has divorced her [for the third time], then she is not lawful to him afterward until she marries another husband." However, if one of the pronouncements of divorce was not established or was not considered valid, such as a divorce pronounced during menstruation or in a state of extreme anger, or if the pronouncements occurred all at once and the judge did not deem them effective, then the wife can be returned to her husband.
